We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Overview? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to parse the posting. Content: Overview: DK Security is Michigan’s fastest growing security company. Additional Information / Benefits: DK Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer. All applicants have rights under federal employment law. E-Verify Participation Poster Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) Employee Polygraph Protection Act (EPPA) Immigrant and Employee Rights – Right to Work Equal Employment Opportunity – Workplace Discrimination is Illegal We need to remove EEO/legal boilerplate. So the "Additional Information / Benefits" section contains EEO statements; we should drop that entirely because it's boilerplate. However there may be some benefits like FMLA etc. Those are legal statements, not actual benefits like health insurance. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. So we should drop that entire paragraph. Thus we have substantive content: Overview (maybe we can treat as "About the role"? Actually Overview is like company description; could be placed under a heading like "About the role" or maybe "Overview". The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those as examples. We can use "About the role" for overview. Or we could use "Overview" as heading but they said e.g. list; not strict. Safer to use "About the role" for the overview paragraph. Then we have "Job Skills / Requirements" which includes location, shift, pay, etc. This could be split into "Requirements" (maybe qualifications) and "Pay" and "Schedule". But we need to avoid thin sections. We could combine location, shift, pay into a single section like "Details". But instruction says we can use headings like Pay, Schedule, Benefits. Since we have specific pay and schedule, we should create those sections if they have real content. The posting states: Rate of Pay: $18.00/hour. That's specific pay. So we should create a Pay section with that. Shift Opening(s) Part-Time Various Days 0700-1500, 1000-1800. That's schedule info. So we can create a Schedule section. Location: Bowling Green, OH. Could be part of Overview or a separate "Location" but not in list. Could fold into a short

maybe under Overview or a separate "Details". Since not in the heading list, we could just include it in a paragraph under Overview or maybe under a "About the role". Probably fine to include location in the overview paragraph. Military veterans encouragement: that's a requirement/preference; could be part of Requirements or Qualifications. We have "About the Job:" with duties list. That's Responsibilities. We have "Minimum Qualifications:" list. That's Qualifications. We have no Benefits section (the boilerplate removed). So we should not create a Benefits section. Thus sections: About the role (overview + location + veteran encouragement?), Responsibilities (duties), Requirements (maybe shift? but shift is separate), Qualifications (minimum qualifications), Pay, Schedule. We need to avoid thin sections. Each of these has substantive content. Let's extract content precisely. Overview paragraph: "DK Security is Michigan’s fastest growing security company. Established in 1995, we began as an investigations firm and quickly expanded to provide uniform security, event staff security, loss prevention services, and much more based on the needs of our clients. DK Security can provide you an opportunity to grow, develop and meet new people in a professional setting. DK has earned a reputable name in the security industry thanks to our outstanding officers that work in the field, and we cannot wait to have you join our team!" Location: "This position is based in Bowling Green, OH**" Veterans encouragement: "Military veterans and people with security, firefighting, department of corrections, or law enforcement experience are encouraged to apply." We could combine those into About the role paragraph. Now Responsibilities: list of duties: - Customer Service: Be a positive reflection of the company and yourself by assisting client staff, visitors, and coworkers, and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. - Observe and Report: Stay alert and be on the lookout for any suspicious activities and incidents. - Security Presence: Maintain a professional appearance and stand guard in and around building lobbies, reception areas, control centers, etc. - Security Officer: Conduct foot and/or vehicle patrols of your assigned areas performing security officer duties as required. - Access Control: Ensure unauthorized persons do not enter restricted areas, check employee and vendor IDs, and follow proper access procedures. - Emergency Response: Be ready and able to assist in emergencies, including the administering of CPR/First Aid/AED care and communicating with emergency personnel using the proper protocols. - Other duties as assigned. We need to format as

  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we will put each duty as
  • . The duty includes a bold label? We can keep the text as is. Now Qualifications (Minimum Qualifications): list of items. We'll format as
    • . List items: - Must be at least 18 years old and have at least a high school diploma or equivalent education certification, such as a GED - Must be able to pass a drug screening at the time of hire and randomly thereafter (including for marijuana). - Since our company contracts with the federal government, we must comply to federal laws regarding the use of marijuana, regardless of whether it is used recreationally or medicinally. - Must not have been convicted of any felonies - Must not have been convicted of any misdemeanors related to dishonesty, fraud, impersonation of law enforcement, assault, weapons, unauthorized sale of information or evidence, controlled substances (including for marijuana), or two or more alcohol related offenses. - Must be able to sit, stand, and walk, including up and down stairs, for 8-12 hours at a time. - Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. Note: Some sentences are a bit run-on; we keep as is. Now Pay: Rate of Pay: $18.00/hour. Also note "This is a part-time position." but that's schedule/employment type. We'll put pay in Pay section. Schedule: Shift Opening(s) Part-Time Various Days 0700-1500,
