SECURITY OFFICER
Responsibilities
An employee in this class is responsible for the management of a complete food service operation with numerous and varied dietary requirements. Duties include planning of menus and special diets, supervising department staff in all areas, including food acquisition, preparation and serving activities, and conferring with and evaluating the therapeutic diet needs of residents.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s degree in dietetics, foods and nutrition, or a health related field.
- Must be a registered member of the American Dietetics Association.
- One year full-time paid experience as a Registered Dietitian.
