Online payroll and time card

Location

Adjacent to the Wayland L. Jenkins Jr. Fine Arts Center

Responsibilities

• Verify information on the checklists
• Ensure accuracy of tax setup information
• Edit address and contact information
• Change work email to Chowan email if necessary
• Clock in and out for all hourly employees
• Submit punch change requests through Paycor for supervisor approval
• Verify and approve all hours worked by both employee and supervisor
• Approve time cards by 12pm on the Monday of the biweekly payroll week or 4 days prior to the monthly pay date
