Responsibilities

• Serve as a visible, professional presence that deters incidents before they occur
• Patrol and inspect the property, including buildings, parking areas, and common spaces
• Respond swiftly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, and guest concerns
• Manage access control, verifying credentials with precision and courtesy
• Operate and monitor surveillance and security systems
• Document incidents and maintain meticulous, accurate logs
• Partner with local law enforcement and emergency responders when needed
• Uphold property standards and regulations to preserve a secure, welcoming environment
• Pursue ongoing training to sharpen your skills and advance your expertise

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent; security certifications are a welcome plus
• Sharp observational instincts and clear, confident communication
• Composure and sound judgment under pressure
• Physical stamina for extended periods of standing and walking
• Comfort with basic computer systems for reporting and equipment operation
• A genuine, guest-first disposition
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• A working knowledge of security protocols and best practices
