SECURITY OFFICER

About the role

Enforces company security and safety regulations. Guards transfer of money and chips from Change Booth to Main Cage. Performs all security and safety-related duties. Represents the company and its property to ensure all Casino regulations are adhered to at all times.

• Anticipates needs and provides fast, flawless service.
• Checks for satisfaction and effectively resolves service breakdowns when they exist.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift.
• Must present a well-groomed appearance.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling customer and employee conflicts.
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must possess the ability to interact in a professional manner with the general public.
