Security Officer

About the role

BSG offers a range of security services including patrol, onsite agents, executive protection, training programs, investigations, and global security operations center (GSOC) support. We also provide team excellence initiatives, agent selection processes, training and development programs, leadership opportunities, media engagement, and community involvement through giving back initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patrols to ensure safety and security in various locations.
• Provide executive protection services to high-profile individuals and organizations.
• Manage and conduct investigations related to security matters.
• Operate and manage the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC).
• Develop and implement team excellence initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Select and train new agents to meet company standards.
• Design and deliver training and development programs for current employees.
• Lead and mentor teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Engage with the media to promote BSG's security services and values.
• Participate in community events and activities to support local causes.

Requirements

BSG is seeking candidates with a strong background in security, law enforcement, or related fields. Experience in executive protection, GSOC operations, and team management is preferred. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to excellence are essential.

Qualifications

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of professional experience in security or a related field. Certification in security or law enforcement is beneficial but not required.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, familiarity with security software, and excellent interpersonal skills are required. Leadership qualities, adaptability, and the ability to work independently are valued.
