Maintains a Service Culture that ensures the delivery of Superior internal/external guest service.
Physical Security
Oversees the physical security of the casino and company assets.
Physical Safety
- Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.
- Reports to their immediate supervisor, without hesitation, any violations of company policy & procedure, the Adopted Rules, MIC’s, or IC’s.
Promotions and Events
Knowledge of all promotions and events.
