Maintains a Service Culture that ensures the delivery of Superior internal/external guest service.

Physical Security

Oversees the physical security of the casino and company assets.

Physical Safety

• Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.
• Reports to their immediate supervisor, without hesitation, any violations of company policy & procedure, the Adopted Rules, MIC’s, or IC’s.

Promotions and Events

Knowledge of all promotions and events.

Other Duties

All other duties as assigned.
