Security Officer

About the Role

Location: Racine, WI
Facility: All Saints Hospital
Department: Security

Schedule

20 hours per week, primarily night shift.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and security across the premises through routine patrols, access control, and prompt threat response.
• Conduct incident investigations, generate detailed reports, and report facility or equipment malfunctions.
• Uphold emergency preparedness protocols and offer guidance and assistance to visitors and staff.

Requirements

• Wisconsin Driver’s License (must be obtained within 90 days of hire or transfer).
• Wisconsin Concealed Weapons License (CCW) (must be obtained within 90 days of hire or transfer).
• High school diploma or equivalency, OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job-specific experience (required professional licensure/certification may substitute for education or experience).
• Successful completion of Security Training Academy during probationary period.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted).
• Law Enforcement experience.
• Management of Aggressive Behavior credential (Management of Aggressive Behavior Training International, Inc.).
• Security Professional certification.
• Security, law enforcement, or military experience (preferred).
