What You’ll Do
- Maintains security by monitoring employee entrance and security cameras.
- Patrols buildings and property, examining doors, windows, and gates to ensure they are secure.
- Reports irregularities such as fire hazards, leaking water pipes, and unlocked security doors to appropriate department personnel.
- Enforces safety rules and ensures their posting across the Resort.
- Assists management and law enforcement officers in emergency situations.
- Inspects fire alarm systems for operational status and fire extinguishers for serviceability.
- Interviews guests and employees, investigates disturbances, complaints, thefts, vandalism, unsafe conditions, and accidents.

What We Need
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid US Driver’s License.
- Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED; one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Security Training: Prior security training and experience in the bar/event industry preferred; one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Hotel Industry Experience: Prior security training and experience in the hotel industry preferred.
- Certifications: Candidate must have CPR, First Aid, and TAPs Certification within 90 days of employment.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of basic security and fire prevention procedures.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, customer service experience, and ability to observe situations and make competent decisions.
- Physical Abilities: Must be able to use FM radio and work with minimal supervision.
