Security Officer Assessment

About the Role

As a Security Officer Part Time Unarmed Patrol Condition Assessment in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution. You'll be part of a dynamic team where flexibility meets opportunity, allowing you to build a schedule that works for you through our Claim a Shift platform.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, office spaces, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain required logs and incident documentation.
• Observe and report conditions that may affect operations, personnel, vehicles, shipments, or property, and communicate concerns to appropriate site contacts.

Requirements

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation and drug screen in accordance with applicable laws.
• Licensing requirements may be necessary prior to employment.

Qualifications

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
