Security Officer Armed Route Driver

About the role

Apart from serving and safeguarding clients in various industries like Financial Institutions, you will be part of a team contributing to positive community impacts. This role offers flexibility in scheduling and the chance to explore different roles through the Claim a Shift platform.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations calmly and document observations, communicating with site contacts and local authorities as necessary.
• Conduct regular and random patrols to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Perform armed post duties according to Allied Universal standards and site policies, maintaining professionalism and handling assigned equipment responsibly.
• Maintain access control, verify credentials, and observe incoming and outgoing activity to support day-to-day operations and deter unauthorized access.

Requirements

• A valid driver's license in the state where the job is located.
• At least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• A high school diploma or equivalent education.
• Pass a background investigation and drug screen.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Pay

$20.01 per hour.

Schedule

DayTime: Friday 07:45 AM - 05:45 PM, Saturday 07:45 AM - 02:30 PM.
