About the role
As an Armed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide professional customer service and communication. You will support a welcoming environment while responding to security-related needs with integrity and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and maintain awareness of activity in and around the financial services location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
- Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and unusual conditions to site leadership and appropriate personnel.
Requirements
- CPO certification is required.
- Proof of a high school diploma or GED.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Armed guard card or license is preferred.
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

$24.00 / Hour

- Monday: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Tuesday: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Thursday: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
