As a Security Officer Armed Patrol Driver at Allied Universal in Rancho Cordova, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense. Your responsibilities include:

What You'll Do
Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
- Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, restricted areas, and perimeter zones to help deter unauthorized access and identify unusual activity.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or authorizations, and report access control concerns involving sensitive materials, equipment, and restricted work areas.
- Support incident reporting, post orders, and shift turnover communications while following Allied Universal standards and client-directed protocols for the location.
Minimum Requirements
- Possess an armed guard card and/or license
- Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance
- Be at least 21 years of age
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements
- Pepper spray certification is preferred
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
