Security Officer Armed Patrol Driver
Job Description
Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.
Monitor access points, verify credentials and/or permissions, and report unauthorized entry attempts, suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
Support site operations by maintaining a visible presence, following post orders, completing required reports, and assisting with investigations related to incidents, property issues, and/or workplace concerns.
Minimum Requirements
- Possess 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or a college degree.
- Possess an armed guard card or license.
- Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
