Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or local authorities when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floor areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter.
• Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and/or potential loss concerns to help support daily operations and help to deter unwanted behavior.
• Assist with access control, closing procedures, and other assigned security-related duties based on the needs of the location and working conditions.

Requirements

• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Part-time position available.
