$18.84 / Hour

Job Schedule

Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at a government location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting first responders and/or appropriate site personnel when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require attention.
• Maintain access control and deter unauthorized entry, policy violations, and/or disruptive behavior while following post orders and applicable armed post protocols.
• Prepare detailed activity and incident reports, document observations, and/or communicate relevant information to supervisors, site contacts, and law enforcement as appropriate.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have 1+ years of law enforcement experience or 2+ years of security supervisor/manager experience or 3+ years of security-related experience.
• Possess an armed guard card/license.
• Possess a college degree.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
