Security Officer Armed Driver

About the role

As a Security Officer Armed Driver in Hartsville, SC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of distribution areas, loading docks, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Maintain access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate entry and incident records.
• Observe shipping, receiving, and warehouse activity for unusual conditions and report security-related concerns according to site procedures.

Requirements

• Possess an Armed Guard Card/License.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
