Pay Rate

$27.31 / Hour

Job Schedule

Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.

Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at a technology-focused location while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, access points, parking areas, perimeter locations, and other assigned areas to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and escalation procedures.
• Maintain professional readiness for armed post assignments, including proper handling and storage of issued equipment in accordance with applicable laws, company policy, and site procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Maintain an active Department of Defense Secret Clearance.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience using handcuffs, pepper spray, and/or a baton is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
