Job Schedule

• Day: Wed 05:30 PM - 09:30 PM
• Day: Sat 05:30 AM - 05:30 PM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor phones, radios, alarms, and/or other communication systems to receive calls for service and relay information to on-site personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Document incidents, routine activity, and/or service requests in dispatch logs and reports, helping to maintain accurate records for the location.
• Cover communication between residents, visitors, vendors, and/or responding personnel regarding access concerns, disturbances, maintenance-related issues, and other security-related matters.
• Support regular and random patrol activity by dispatching personnel as needed, tracking officer status, and communicating updates about incidents around the property and perimeter.

Minimum Requirements

• Possess 2 or more years of law enforcement, corrections and/or military experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice.
• Possess an unarmed guard card is required.
• Possess an armed guard card is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
