Security Officer Armed Clearance Required Enhanced Part Time Patrol

This role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, parking areas, access points, utility areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access activity and verify credentials in accordance with site procedures; report irregularities, access-control concerns, and suspicious activity to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and emergency responders as directed.
• Complete accurate patrol logs, incident reports, and other required documentation while maintaining a professional presence at the location.

Requirements

• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Possess an active Department of Defense Secret clearance.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay Rate: $27.31 / Hour

Schedule

This role requires a six (6) month commitment and offers the flexibility to pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites.
