About the role

We are hiring Armed Flex Guards for our TWIC site in Cameron, LA. This is a 100% outdoor position with 12-hour shifts and a flex schedule requiring open availability to work any shift (AM or PM).

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.

Requirements

• 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• 5 years of experience in security or a TWIC environment, or a minimum of 1 year of armed security, military, or law enforcement experience.
• Experience in security surveillance (required).
• Active TWIC card in hand (no receipts accepted).
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Reliable transportation (location is remote).
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods and work outdoors in all conditions.
• For armed roles: participate in industry-specific security/safety training programs and meet all licensing requirements as mandated by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions.

Pay

$25.00 per hour, paid weekly.
