What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through established communication channels.
- Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location, including offices, production areas, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter locations, with working conditions that may vary by site.
- Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry, theft, tampering, and/or disruptions by verifying credentials, observing activity, and following post orders.
- Support security-related operations within a technology and media-focused location by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with de-escalation when needed, and coordinating with site contacts and/or emergency responders.
Minimum Requirements
- Possess at least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
- Possess an armed guard card and/or license.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
