Security Officer - Area Patrol

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and help to document observations and actions taken.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, lobby areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to identify potential concerns and report conditions that may need attention.
• Maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication.
• Support daily operations with professionalism while reflecting our agile, reliable, and innovative approach, a caring culture that puts people first, and a commitment to teamwork and integrity.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
