Security Officer All Shifts Patrol

About the role

Patrol in Boca Raton, FL, serving and safeguarding clients in residential and other industries.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or visitors by following access control procedures, community policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Maintain security by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying visitor authorization, checking credentials as required, and helping to deter unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related activities and reporting issues through appropriate channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the community, including common areas, amenity spaces, and perimeter locations, noting unusual activity and/or conditions that may require follow-up.

Requirements

• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Guard card is required.

Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
