Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related activities at a transportation location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of terminals, waiting areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and observe the location for suspicious behavior, unattended items, and/or policy violations, then document and communicate findings according to post procedures.
• Support emergency response activities, crowd management, and/or directional assistance during routine operations, delays, and high-traffic periods.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licenses and certifications are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
