As a Security Officer Alarm Response in Kernersville, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, help to deter incidents, and support access control activities.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at a manufacturing and industrial location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response activities and reporting requirements.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, shipping and receiving locations, and the facility perimeter.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report unusual conditions or unauthorized access attempts to appropriate personnel.
- Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately in accordance with site-specific procedures, helping to deter unauthorized activity and maintain orderly operations.
Requirements
- Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
