As a Security Officer Alarm Panel Patrol Driver in Groveport, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials where required, and support authorized entry procedures in accordance with site policies.
• Aid with security-related concerns such as escort requests, directional assistance, and incident follow-up while maintaining professionalism and attention to location protocols.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
