Security Officer Airport Patrol Concierge Services
About the role
As a Airport Security Officer Patrol Concierge Services in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. At a busy airport location, Allied Universal Officers conduct routine unarmed patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and assist travelers and staff with outstanding customer service and communication.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to visitors, travelers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a public transportation location.
- Respond to incidents, suspicious activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, while communicating with airport personnel, public agencies, and/or emergency responders as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized access and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas, verify access permissions when required, and report security-related concerns, hazards, and/or maintenance issues through proper channels.
- Support location operations by documenting daily activities, preparing incident reports, and providing courteous assistance with directions, questions, and general public interactions.
Requirements
- 20+ Years of Age
- Valid Drivers License
- Ability to use computers - basic computer knowledge
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical exam
Qualifications
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- The ability to use a computer or tablet comfortably is preferred.
- The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
- Be at least 20 years of age for unarmed roles; 22+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Pay
Pay Rate: $19.23 / Hour with an hourly bonus of $4.30. Premium paid shall be based on the position actually worked by the employee.
