Security Officer - Afternoon / Midnight Shifts

About the role

Allied Universal is seeking qualified security professionals for full-time construction site patrol duties. Open interviews will be held on Wednesday, August 12th, from 10 A.M. to 2 P.M. at Red Roof Inn - 1212 W Lincoln Hwy, Dekalb, IL 60115.

Pay

$20.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.

Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Active Illinois PERC License.
• Valid driver’s license (for driving positions only).
• Willingness to be flexible in scheduling.
• Previous security experience preferred.
