Security Officer Access Verification Patrol

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or tenants by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and actions according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the location, including common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, tenant, and vendor activity, reporting concerns and/or policy violations to appropriate site contacts or emergency personnel.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with site personnel, the public, and Allied Universal leadership while completing required reports and shift documentation.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles (21+ for armed roles).
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Successfully pass a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Successfully pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Pay

$16.50 per hour

• Tuesday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Friday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Saturday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Sunday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
