Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or drivers by following access control procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and maintain accurate access records to help support security-related operations.
- Respond to incidents, access issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including assigned interior and exterior areas, to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions requiring attention.
- Communicate with site contacts, staff, and/or supervisors regarding deliveries, restricted areas, and security-related concerns while following established post orders.
Requirements
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
