What You'll Do
- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, visitor management activities, and/or emergency response support as appropriate for the location.
- Monitor front desk activity, greet associates, members, guests, and/or vendors, verify access permissions, and document arrivals, departures, and deliveries in accordance with site protocols.
- Respond to incidents, concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters to site leadership and/or first responders when needed.
- Maintain awareness of lobby and entrance activity, support access control functions, and report unusual behavior, hazards, and/or policy violations to help to deter disruption at the location.
- Complete required logs, reports, and communication records accurately and promptly, while supporting a professional front desk presence at all times.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
- Applicants must be 21+ years of age.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- CPR and/or First Aid is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
