Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access control policies, and emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
- Monitor and control access points by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor and contractor logs, issuing temporary access credentials, and directing authorized personnel to appropriate areas.
- Screen incoming deliveries and outbound shipments in accordance with site procedures, documenting activity and reporting irregularities to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, facility areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report security-related concerns.
