About the role

As a Security Officer Access Control Driver in Wynnewood, OK, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical. This part-time role offers flexibility to build a schedule that works for you using our Claim a Shift platform. As an Access Control Officer, you will manage entry points, verify access, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
  • Monitor access points, verify credentials and authorizations, maintain visitor and contractor entry records, and report unauthorized access attempts or irregularities.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and communicating with appropriate personnel.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, operational areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
  • Document daily activities, incidents, and access-control events accurately, and communicate relevant information during shift changes.

Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 21+ years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Pay

Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour

Schedule

  • Thursday: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
  • Friday: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM and 08:00 PM - 08:00 AM
  • Saturday: 08:00 PM - 08:00 AM
