Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, authorize access for approved personnel and deliveries, and help to deter unauthorized activity at the location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns according to site procedures.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, operational areas, and perimeter locations, with working environments and conditions varying by site.
- Support vehicle and pedestrian traffic flow by communicating clearly with staff, visitors, and delivery personnel while following post orders and other security-related procedures.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
- A TSA issued TWIC is required.
- A guard card and/or license is preferred.
- Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Qualifications

- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
