Security Officer Access Console

About the role

Join Allied Universal at a busy logistics and distribution location where you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and help support smooth access control operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, process visitor and vendor access, and document deliveries, pickups, and/or other site activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and shift communications to support daily operations and security-related awareness at the location.

Requirements

• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
