Security Officer Access Administration

About the role

As a Part-Time Security Officer in Access Administration at a food and beverage location in Fort Worth, TX, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, help deter security-related incidents, and support access control activities. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while contributing to a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established food and beverage facility protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production, warehouse, loading, parking, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity or potential concerns.
• Monitor access to the location, verify authorized entry, and maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and delivery records.
• Report observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns promptly through required communication and documentation channels.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of security-related experience.
• At least 21 years of age (18+ for unarmed roles).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.
• State, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Pay

$18.00 / hour

Schedule

• Monday: 11:00 AM – 07:00 PM
• Thursday: 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM
