Organization CPMC-California Pacific Med Center Davies Position Overview Serves as the senior security officer on duty, performing all lower level security officer operational functions while providing expanded investigative, analytical, and training responsibilities. Acts as the primary on-site authority during assigned shifts, conducts field training and evaluation of security officers, and leads administrative, civil, and criminal investigations. Develops work plans, investigates leads, conducts interviews, and composes professionally written reports that clearly communicate investigative findings. Analyzes data, controls evidence, prepares documentation, and may make recommendations to justice system authorities. This role retains all core operational responsibilities of the lower level security officer position, including but not limited to site security, emergent situations, incident reporting, customer services, and security officer functions within acute care environments. Builds upon these foundational duties by incorporating expanded investigative, analytical, and enterprise-level responsibilities.
