Security | Officer ($29.30/hour)

About the role

The Security Officer supports the safety and security of hotel guests and employees across multiple properties, including Hyatt at Olive 8, Hyatt Regency Seattle, and Grand Hyatt Seattle. This position is intended for the Swing Shift but requires flexibility for mornings, afternoons, and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of safety and security within the hotel
• Completion of incident reports as required
• Supporting guests and employees in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible scheduling to include mornings, afternoons, and evenings

Requirements

• Desire to serve guests and employees in a dynamic setting
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Proficiency in basic computer skills
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Valid driver's license for driving on behalf of Hyatt

Pay

The hourly rate range for this position is $29.30/hour to $30.91/hour. The starting rate is $29.30/hour. Established rates apply for colleagues with four or more years of service with Hyatt, and for lead positions.
