Security Officer 11:00pm to 7:00am Piscataway, NJ

Responsibilities

• Monitor facility access and verify credentials of employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Conduct security patrols of the property and critical infrastructure areas.
• Monitor CCTV systems, alarms, and security equipment.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and security-related concerns.
• Complete detailed reports and maintain accurate activity logs.
• Provide exceptional customer service while enforcing site security policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license in good standing (if applicable).
• Ability to obtain and maintain any required state security licensing.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Great attention to detail and ability to remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Previous security experience highly preferred.
