About the role
The purpose of this position is to support the Administration of Baptist Health South Florida with the provision of a safe and secure environment for the care of patients and the peaceful and orderly operation of business throughout all entities serviced.
Responsibilities
- Support the Administration in maintaining a safe and secure environment for patients and staff.
- Ensure compliance with all security policies and procedures.
- Respond to emergencies and incidents as needed.
- Complete BHSF security training program and supplemental training classes as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, Certificate of Attendance, Certificate of Completion, GED, or equivalent training or experience required.
- Experience in the security field preferred.
- Hospital setting a plus.
- Licenses and Certifications: Florida Drivers License (Class E Non-Commercial), Basic Life Support.
- Minimum Required Experience: 1 Year.
