Security Monitor - Part Time (TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance Required)

About the role
Under direct supervision, this position assists senior staff members as required in producing elements necessary for completing security assignments.
- Implement security policies and procedures
- Provide effective access controls and physical security as required
- Provide security support for office and/or project work environment
- Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards
- Plan, organize, and carry out assignments as directed
- Effectively develop and apply the Core Skills to the job
- Other duties as assigned
Must have an active (or ability to obtain) a TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance.
Requirements
- A combination of education and directly related experience equal to two (2) years*; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
- Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
- Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
- Must have an active (or ability to obtain and maintain) TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
- Able to effectively communicate with staff and management
- Must be able to work a non-standard work week, and be flexible on hours and days worked
- Must demonstrate basic computer knowledge (e.g., ability to use email, internet, Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel, to effectively conduct company business on the program). Some positions may require an increased level of computer knowledge, depending on the required duties of the position.

Pay
Salary Rate: $27.54/hour + Fringe Rate $5.55/hour. The market rate for the role is typically at the mid-point of the salary range; however, variations in final salary are determined by additional factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.
Salary Range: $41,000.00 - $59,000.00
