Security Manager - Full-Time

Role Overview: The Security Manager leads security operations for a large-scale residential community, ensuring the safety of residents, employees, visitors, and property. Key Responsibilities: Manage security programs, oversee third-party security providers, establish procedures for access control, incident response, and emergency protocols. Monitor staffing, conduct security assessments, coordinate investigations, and support security technology systems. Collaborate with site leadership, law enforcement, and emergency services to mitigate risks and ensure a secure, welcoming environment. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in security operations, law enforcement, or related fields; strong vendor management skills; knowledge of physical security, investigations, and emergency preparedness; effective communicator with leadership and external partners; familiarity with security technology preferred. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is desired. Flexibility for after-hours work is required.
