Responsibilities

• Keep a professional appearance.
• Remain on post at all times.
• Oversee entire site.
• Respond to emergencies such as elevator entrapments, medical emergencies, fire alarms, power outages, and snowstorms.
• Audit inspections to ensure personnel are in uniforms, completing tours, and not using personal cell phones.
• Review and approve reports, duty logs, and other submissions from security personnel.
• Ensure timely notification of serious incidents.
• Show basic computer knowledge.
• Maintain effective communications with security personnel.
• Counsel, advise, motivate, and provide discipline and positive reinforcement to personnel.
• Assist in developing and implementing employee relations, development, and retention programs.
• Ensure assigned personnel are kept up-to-date on procedure changes.

Requirements

• Customer service or military experience.
• Previous security concierge experience or related field/education.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass background and drug screenings.
• At least 18 years old.
