Responsibilities
- Keep a professional appearance.
- Remain on post at all times.
- Oversee entire site.
- Respond to emergencies such as elevator entrapments, medical emergencies, fire alarms, power outages, and snowstorms.
- Audit inspections to ensure personnel are in uniforms, completing tours, and not using personal cell phones.
- Review and approve reports, duty logs, and other submissions from security personnel.
- Ensure timely notification of serious incidents.
- Show basic computer knowledge.
- Maintain effective communications with security personnel.
- Counsel, advise, motivate, and provide discipline and positive reinforcement to personnel.
- Assist in developing and implementing employee relations, development, and retention programs.
- Ensure assigned personnel are kept up-to-date on procedure changes.
Requirements
- Customer service or military experience.
- Previous security concierge experience or related field/education.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Pass background and drug screenings.
- At least 18 years old.
