Security Manager

About the role

The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive cybersecurity strategies, policies, and procedures for securing IT and OT environments, particularly in Transportation Systems Management and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies, policies, and procedures in IT and OT environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective security measures are in place
• Conduct risk assessments using methodologies such as NIST RMF, ISO 27001
• Manage incident response, threat hunting, and digital forensics activities
• Oversee vulnerability management processes and tools
• Communicate security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements

• At least 84 months of experience in cybersecurity, including management or leadership roles
• At least 84 months of experience in securing IT and OT environments, specifically in Transportation Systems Management and Operations
• At least 72 months of experience in developing and implementing cybersecurity strategies, policies, and procedures in IT and OT environments
• At least 60 months of experience with risk assessment methodologies and frameworks (e.g., NIST RMF, ISO 27001)
• At least 60 months of experience with incident response, threat hunting, and digital forensics
• At least 60 months of experience with vulnerability management tools and processes
• MUST hold at least one of the following certifications: CISSP, CISM, GCIH, GICSP
