Security / Loss Prevention Officer
Job Description
Identify shoplifters thru floor patrol and through the use of Closed Circuit TV
Report writing
Interacting with local law enforcement agencies as needed
Provide court room testimony as required
Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently.
Job Requirement
- Full-time / 30-40 hours per week
Part-Time / 20-29 hours per week
$22.00 per hour
Health Insurance / 401k available to fulltime employees

Qualifications
- Pre-Employment criminal background and drug screen
Reliable transportation
Ability to communicate clearly and accurately through verbal and written means
Must be assertive, yet controlled in dealing with confrontation
Must be trustworthy and able to work under little or no direct supervision
Attendance for scheduled shifts.
Tardiness and absenteeism is not tolerated
Previous loss prevention experience a plus, but not a requirement
High school diploma or equivalent (minimum)
Criminal Justice or related studies a plus
