About the Role

Now hiring Licensed Construction Site Supervisors and Licensed Security Officers for the Rayville Data Center Construction Site. If you have a passion for providing security services and seek a challenging role with an enthusiastic team, Marksman wants to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Oversee security personnel, ensuring the site is properly staffed and officers are trained and motivated (Security Site Supervisor role).
• Work closely with the client contact to achieve goals and objectives set forth during the construction phases.
• Prevent unauthorized access.
• Patrol the perimeter (interior/exterior) to identify potential safety and security risks.
• Perform duties requiring occasional crawling, crouching, climbing of stairs, kneeling, running, sitting, standing, stooping, and walking for extended periods of time.
• Other duties as determined by operations.

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Valid LA Security License.
• Valid LA Driver’s License.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test).
• One year of prior security supervisory experience (for Security Site Supervisor role).

Pay

• Security Site Supervisor: $24.00 per hour.
• Regular Officers: $19.50 per hour.

Schedule

Regular Officers shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
