Security Lead, Deployment & Ops

About the role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our Security Team as a Physical Security Manager. This role involves overseeing the physical security aspects of our data center campuses from groundbreak through commissioning into steady-state operations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end physical security across a portfolio of greenfield data center campuses.
• Define and enforce post orders for contract guard services, ensuring compliance and strategic management of vendors.
• Partner with engineering teams and trades to drive on-schedule deployment of physical security systems, including Electronic Security Systems (ESS) programming and commissioning.
• Design and execute site-specific strategies for secure material movement and protection of critical assets during deployment and operations.
• Energize in the pace of getting things built and take ownership of security when it touches everything on site.

Requirements

• Lived the full data center security lifecycle from groundbreak to go-live.
• Proficient in Electronic Security Systems: programming, commissioning, and door hardware validation.
• Audited guard force compliance against post orders and managed vendors to a high standard.
• Planned and executed secure material moves and critical-asset protection on active build sites.

Qualifications

• Deeply technical on Electronic Security Systems.
• Experience in hyperscale greenfield builds, ESS deployment and commissioning at scale, and construction-phase security.
• Customer-facing security commitments.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $220,000 - $300,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. This range represents our good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting. Total compensation may also include equity in the form of stock options.
