Unlimited Technology is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as an Installation Technician I. Responsibilities
- Assist with installation of access control, video surveillance, and intrusion systems
- Pull and dress low-voltage cable
- Install card readers, door contacts, cameras, and related security devices
- Assist with device termination and system testing
- Read and interpret basic drawings and installation documents
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate project updates to supervisors and project managers
- Follow all company and customer safety requirements
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- DCJS certification or ability to obtain certification
- Ability to work on ladders and lifts
- Ability to lift equipment and materials as required
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
- Willingness to travel occasionally as project needs require
Preferred Experience
- 0-3 years of experience in security, electrical, telecommunications, construction, or low-voltage systems
- Trade school graduates are encouraged to apply
- Military veterans are encouraged to apply
- Construction or mechanical experience is a plus
