About the role

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer. The role focuses on building meaningful connections and providing high‑level customer service while working with people on all shifts in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc. The position is located in Summerdale, PA.

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process

Skills

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience (preferred)
• State security license if required
